CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) is widely used by organizations to improve processes and achieve higher maturity levels. The kickoff meeting is the most critical step—it sets direction, defines roles, aligns teams, and builds confidence with stakeholders.

Traditionally, preparing kickoff presentations is:

  • Time-consuming – Teams create slides manually for every project.
  • Inconsistent – Different formats lead to missing agenda points.
  • Error-prone – Last-minute edits reduce professionalism.

There was a clear need for a standardized, automated solution to ensure every kickoff is structured, professional, and efficient.

The Challenge

  • Manual slide preparation wasted 3–4 hours per project.
  • Teams often forgot critical sections like Roles, Next Steps, or Communication.
  • Lack of consistency created confusion across different projects.

I designed and built a web-based automated presentation generator that creates structured, professional CMMI kickoff decks.
